Cancellation policy
PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY — DINNETZ BRÖD
This policy explains how subscriptions work and how you can cancel one.
HOW SUBSCRIPTIONS RENEW Subscriptions renew automatically every week. I bake fresh each Wednesday for Friday delivery, and your payment method is charged on Wednesday, ahead of that week's bake.
HOW TO CANCEL You can cancel your subscription anytime. Your order confirmation emails include a link to manage your subscription directly — that's the fastest way. You're also welcome to email me at dinnetzbrod@gmail.com and I'll take care of it. There's no cancellation fee.
CANCELLATION CUTOFF To stop a charge before it happens, please cancel by Wednesday at midnight. Because I start baking Wednesday, cancellations made after that point won't be able to stop that week's charge or delivery, but your subscription will end starting the following week.
ALREADY-PROCESSED CHARGES Once a week's charge has gone through and baking has started, that charge is final — I'm baking your order specifically for you, so I can't offer a refund for that week simply based on a late cancellation. If something's actually wrong with your order, see my Return & Refund Policy [LINK].
PAUSING INSTEAD OF CANCELLING If you just need a break, you can pause or skip a week instead of cancelling fully — same Wednesday midnight cutoff applies.
STARTING AGAIN You're welcome to resubscribe anytime, space permitting.
